They laid on the bed talking and kissing. Some hours past and it started to get really dark. 
Jase: Lex…I should go…
Lexi: Can’t you just stay here?
Jase: I-I don’t know. I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable.
Lexi: You leaving would be way more uncomfortable. I just… want to sleep in your arms.
Jase: I don’t know if I should… I mean… Damn she is so cute and I don’t want to scare her. Holding back is hard… Can I hold back the whole night? 
Lexi: If you don’t want to it’s also okay… *looks a bit sad*
Jase: Aaaaah man…. You make it so hard for me hahaha you have no idea. But I want to stay… I just don’t know if it’s smart.
Lexi: What do you mean?
Jase: Never mind *kisses and hugs* I’ll stay.  

Lexi: Jase…
Jase: Yeah…. 
Lexi: I *moves closer* feel safe around you. Thank you *kisses*

Jase: I’m glad to hear that…. All I want to do is be with you and like I said you are the boss. I can’t even believe that you would want to kiss me.
Lexi: I really really really want to kiss you…
Jase: Well I’m not stopping you. 

Lexi: I love laying down after a big meal.
Jase: Same…
Lexi: I didn’t know you were a good cook…
Jase: You forgot the eggs I made you?
Lexi: No but this wasn’t just a breakfast this was an entire dinner!
Jase: Well I’m glad it was satisfying milady.
Lexi: Thank you. *Sits up* The sun is setting…
Jase: Yeah… I should go home soon. (I don’t want to go… Sonia was on my bed… I don’t think I can sleep there now. Why does she have to be like that?)
Lexi: Well… You can stay if you want but… uhm… but no f-funny business.
Jase: Hahaha you are so cute. I wouldn’t dare. You are the boss.
Lexi: *Leans over Jase* I’m the boss. *Smiles*
Jase: You will always be the boss. 

Jase: Lex… wait a minute.
Lexi: What’s up?
Jase: Well I kinda have something for you… But close you eyes for a sec okay?
Lexi: Uhm… Okay… *closes eyes*

Jase sneakily walked over to the rosebush and picked one. 

Jase: Okay…. you can open your eyes!
Lexi: Wow! It’s so beautiful! 
Jase: Well it still doesn’t come close to you. 
Lexi: Stop it! *blushes*
Jase: It’s true! Lex…. I love you so… *blushing*
Lexi: Oh you…. I love you… Let’s go inside…

They went back to Lexi’s house. They walked the last bit from the bus station while talking.

Jase: I’ve been meaning to ask you…. Why do you live here in that big empty house?
Lexi: Hahaha yeah… It must seem strange. It’s just that I wanted to stay here. But hated the old house. My mom ran away from home because they didn’t believe in her dream and she thought she bought a house here. But when she got here there was nothing but a mailbox hahaha. Can you imaging?
Jase: Oh wow. Why didn’t she move again? Like sell the lot and buy a house?
Lexi: I… I don’t know. A sane person must have done that. But I think it’s because of the same reason I have…. This place feels lucky.
Jase: Lucky? 
Lexi: Yeah… I know it sounds strange but if Manuel didn’t follow me here then I think I would never gotten out of my house again….*sigh*
Jase: Let’s not think about that ass anymore. Let’s go inside…

Jase: You… do?

Lexi leaned in and hugged Jase. Her cheeks still wet from her tears but she didn’t needed to cry from being afraid anymore. Her panic slowly slipped away and she calm down. There they stood in the hallway seemingly forever. They just stood there and the rest of the world disappeared.

Lexi: Jase… I’m sorry.
Jase: What are you saying? *He leaned a bit back to look her in the eye* You should never say sorry about that… 
Lexi: … T-thanks for everything *Kisses*

The door opened softly. Jase stood in the door opening and was looking down. When Lexi heard the door opening she took a small step forward. Shocked she was still standing there, he quickly grabbed her hand.

Jase: Wait… Please don’t go…
Lexi: I.. I don’t know what to do anymore… *sniff*
Jase: A-are you crying? *he turns her around* I’m so sorry… Why do I keep making you feel sad? I’m so sorry. 

Lexi finally looked him in the eye and saw his eyes glistening with tears. He looks so scared. 

Lexi: W-why? Why are you looking so scared?
Jase: I don’t want you to feel this way and cry anymore. I might lose you… Lexi I want you to be happy. I love you so… 
Lexi: I… I 
Jase: I’m sorry… I’ll call the elevator for you. I’ll take the stairs so you don’t have to be around me…
Lexi: Jase… I l-love you too. 

Jase: I’ll walk you home then…

Lexi: No! I just want to be alone now. I just saw one of my biggest fears and you pushing yourself to be near me isn’t helping. I need to be alone.

Jase: I didn’t mean to… I…

Lexi: I know but your helping isn’t helping. *opens the door* I feel like fainting and need some room to breath… *closes the door*

Lexi stood frozen in the hallway and her mind was working overtime. All the bad memories came flooding back. Even some she had forgotten. But it wasn’t Jase. Not even the two she saw just now. Sonia was smiling.

Lexi: I might have been to harsh. What Manuel did to me was awful but that didn’t look like she was… well she was enjoying it. Ugh… why did I leave like that again. Jase I’m sorry. I’m just so useless…

Lexi: yeah…. I don’t feel to good I’m going home.

Jase: Lex… sorry. I didn’t know.

Lexi: I know… it’s just getting hard to breath I need to go.

Jase: …. wait.

Lexi stopped but the image she saw just got her worst memories back in her head. This whole day was just bad memories and this was just the last thing she needed. She felt like throwing up and she couldn’t calm down.

Lexi: Sorry to leave like this again…
